It is possible to specify the working hours for an organisational unit as shown in the screenshot below:
However, staff usually have breaks in the day which are non-billable to clients (e.g. an unpaid 1 hour lunch break). As such, the billable hours may not match up to the hours between the start and end of the workday.
It would be useful if in addition to setting the working hours for an organisational unit, the number of billable hours in the working day could also be specified (see screenshot below for an example).
This means that projects that are billed for, say, 7.5 hours, but assigned to an entire workday (09:00-17:30) do not get over-billed, or show as over-allocated in the scheduling functionality.
