Add ELO and ELO_DEBIT to allowedCardNetworks when "elo" supported by Braintree gateway config

Curious what happens if BR is not passed? I hope it just ignores the ELO values.

Yeah we discussed adding enforcement of this requirement in the SDK, but decided to rely on Google to fail gracefully in this situation.
