croatian localization #371

I understand that you do not accept language translation PRs, however here is Croatian localization for IOS SDK, tested and working properly for help out your localization team. There will be one for Android SDK as well.

Hello @guycalledseven -

Thanks for opening this PR and doing this work. We can certainly raise Croatian as a language request to our localization team but cannot guarantee if/when it would be added. As such, I am going to close this PR but you are welcome to use our demo app as an example for how you can go about adding custom localizations to the Drop-in.
