Update existing PayPalMessagingView #1013

Summary of changes

This PR allows merchants to pass a new PayPalMessagingRequest and update the view.
- PayPalMessageView.init is called on first load and PayPalMessageView.setConfig on subsequent loads using the same PayPalMessageView.
