Summary of changes

Added 3 SDK-triggered analytics events to track Payment Eligible API flows (aligned across JS/Android as well)
- shopper-insights:get-recommended-payments:started
- shopper-insights:get-recommended-payments:failed
- shopper-insights:get-recommended-payments:succeeded
Added appropriate unit tests
