Updates 5.x with dynamic v5.5.0 PPRiskMagnes framework with the code-signature and privacy manifest changes
Verified PPRiskMagnes.xcframework is dynamically linked
Verified PPRiskMagnes.xcframework is bitcode disabled
Verified the Privacy Report is generated

I think we also need to deploy this for Carthage in v5 correct?
