[QL] Update URL Scheme #1278

Summary of changes

Due to a bug found in E2E testing we need to update the URL scheme for the Venice app to paypal-app-switch-checkout
- Update our Demo app Info.plist with the new scheme
- Update the scheme in BTPayPalClient and update property name to payPalAppSwitchScheme
