Update existing PayPalMessagingView #1319

Summary of changes

This PR allows merchants to pass a new BTPayPalMessagingRequest and update the view.
PayPalMessageView.init is called on first load and PayPalMessageView.setConfig on subsequent loads using the same PayPalMessageView.
