Add README to long_description #79

Markdown converted to reStructuredText via pandoc, because PyPI doesn't support Markdown.

Hey @graingert,

Thanks for the pull request! We don't want to convert our readme from md to rst, since rst isn't as portable, and we want to remain consistent with how we provide documentation in our other repositories. But, we agree that we should add long_description to our setup.py, so we're going to add a breif long description pointing to the github repo and the docs, which will be consistent with the format we use in our PayPal Python SDK.

Thanks again for pointing this out, and sorry for taking so long to respond to this PR.

Since when is reStructuredText not portable?

I don't feel like you guys are really trying to fit into the python community very well.
