I had to update my build.gradle to the below to get it to work on Java 9.
buildscript {
repositories {
mavenCentral()
}
dependencies {
classpath("org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-gradle-plugin:1.5.7.RELEASE")
}
}
apply plugin: 'java'
//apply plugin: 'eclipse'
apply plugin: 'idea'
apply plugin: 'org.springframework.boot'
jar {
baseName = 'bt-example'
version = '0.1.0'
}
repositories {
mavenCentral()
}
sourceCompatibility = 1.7
targetCompatibility = 1.7
dependencies {
compile("org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-web:1.5.7.RELEASE")
compile("com.braintreepayments.gateway:braintree-java:2.73.0")
compile("org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-thymeleaf")
// testCompile group: 'org.springframework.boot', name: 'spring-boot-starter-test', version: '1.5.7.RELEASE'
testCompile("junit:junit")
testCompile("io.rest-assured:spring-mock-mvc:3.0.3")
}
task wrapper(type: Wrapper) {
gradleVersion = '2.3'
}
task stage (
dependsOn: ['compileJava', 'processResources', 'classes', 'findMainClass', 'jar', 'bootRepackage', 'assemble']
)
Thanks for the report. We'll see what we can do to support both Java 8 and Java 9 in this repo.
PRs are welcome, of course!
