enforced lf as EOL default character to prevent misbehavior in Windows with eslint validation

👋 @vinlos thanks for the PR, and apologies that it's taken us this long to review your PR. Unfortunately we can't accept these changes, as we can't use Wikipedia as a resource for BIN ranges. If you have any documentation from Visa Electron that can verify these BINs, then by all means please make a new PR with that info.
