AssemblyNet is a T1 MRI scan segmentation pipeline, developed by the same team behind VolBrain. AssemblyNet is available as Docker image, and can be converted into an apptainer/singularity image.
This process uses apptainer to launch the AssemblyNet image. It is mandatory to have a recent casa-distro image (>= 5.3.23) to have apptainer installed in it (see https://github.com/brainvisa/casa-distro/issues/352).
