Remove use of ftp.cea.fr #149

The ftp.cea.fr server holds data and models used by the software (sulci models, constellation atlases) and there are links in docs and the web site. The ftp server will be shutdown soon. We need to clean all this up. Data has been copied to https://brainvisa.info/download/data but links still point to the former server.

I have modified most sources. Some of them cannot be pushed today (because neurospin servers are down today). We need to do this tomorrow, and rebuild the web server pages.
