Some binary dependencies are missing from casa-run-5.3 #319

For instance:

anatomist: error while loading shared libraries: libsigc-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

My bad, I have been using an obsolete casa-run image... Maybe create_user_image warned about it, but the warning must have been swarmed by a million other lines that are printed during install.

Anyway I re-generated the list of shared lib dependencies... and found a few that were missing, and a few that were misclassified (https://github.com/brainvisa/casa-distro/commit/88ee921404125098d0f15a34a2a4e958c1c7524c).

I didn't recreate the images, so I propose to leave this issue opened until this has been done.

Is this ticket still open ? Do we need to recreate images ?

I see also #321 which will apparently requires to rebuild images, so we probably need to wait for #321 to be fixed.

Updated images have been pushed
