Add python libraries for next image

Hi,

Is it possible to add the following python libraries to the next Brainvisa and casa_dev image ?

They are used either in mia_processes or in nipype. They can be installed using pip.

• boto
• cmp
• cfflib
• nilearn
• nipy
• nitime
• nitransforms
• pyxnat
• reportlab
• statsmodels
• templateflow
