Add apptainer inside image #352

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I wanted to launch AssemblyNet directly in casa-distro environment, by launching it with the apptainer image of the tool. The image is installed locally and visible from the casa-distro environment, but apptainer is not available in it.

I tried to install apptainer inside a writable casa-distro image, with apptainer installation instruction. After that, I could launch assemblynet from inside casa-distro image.

Describe the solution you'd like Apptainer could be installed natively in the casa-distro image.

So we can run apptainer inside apptainer ? If so, yes we can install it, sure.

Did you install apptainer or apptainer-suid ?

I tried with the newly available version 5.3-23 of casa-distro and it works perfectly :ok_hand: Thanks!
