Using Firefox V47 on Work PC (resolution 1280 x 1024)
If the windows is not maximised the the screen, the top menu bar (with fixed vertical height) sits on top of the main display window, obscuring the most recent post(s). Screen-shot attached shows non-maximised screen, scrolled to top of page (1), and top of the page is obscured behind the menu bar (2)
Same issue does not occur using Chrome. I can't bring myself to run IE, so cannot verify on that. I don't use Chrome, as several of our in-house applications do not support it (and I simply don't like it, runs quite slowly compared to Firefox on all my machines). Ditto IE (which is so out of date on this machine as a result that it probably will display hieroglyphics if I dared try to invoke it)
