Our backend design is hopelessly outdated. We need a complete overhaul.

Logfiles are now regularly updated via ajax
Added a "Simple/Expert" mode to hide the more esoteric settings
Replaced the cookie setting page with a Reset-Local-Cookie-Settings button
When saving the setting, it remembers the last value the backend user saved, and offers it later on.
Removed the tl;dr; text about configuration levels. It's still in the online docu.
