Flush cache on update/install in 9.5 does not work anymore. #16

When includekrexx is installed, it clears the system cache. This does not work any more in In TYPO3 9.5.

Added a version check to the ext_localconf. Also re-added the old ConfigController which clears the cache, in case someone clicks the backend module with a cached version of the ext_tables.

Will be available with the next update.
