Incomplete "About" dialog #34

The "about" dialog should probably contain the following information:

-License of the data used (CC-BY-SA 2.0)
-License of the software
-version number (and maybe date)
-URL of osmdroid homepage (i.e. http://code.google.com/p/osmdroid)

Any concrete hint for the text? Something like:

Version 2.0

the terms of LGPLv3.

Also Cloudmade has some requirements, as do the other tile providers, I imagine.
