There should be an option to disable pinch-to-zoom #59

Pinch-to-zoom is implemented in issue 25. Sometimes you may not want to 
enable zooming.

There should be a similar method to setBuiltInZoomControls to enable/disable 
pinch-to-zoom.

Probably the default should be disabled.
