OSMMapTilePackager doesn't work with Cloudmade tiles #66

OSMMapTilePackager only works with CodeScheme.X_Y tile providers.

It needs an option to allow it to work with Cloudmade.

Add a new parameter -c for the Cloudmade API key.

The -u parameter will also need a %s for the API key.  The downloader can get 
the token and append ?token=TOKEN to the URL.

The OSMMapTilePackager is no longer maintained.
