GC Default loader selection #181

When devolution's loader.bin is present on wiiflow folder it became the default 
gc loader.

I think an option to select the default loader is useful (even if it exists 
only on wiiflow.ini) to people which uses diosmios as default loader, and uses 
devolution only for a few games.
