What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

I would love to point wiiflow to the retroarch folder I have on my disk and use 
those emulators with wiiflow.
At the moment if I understand it correctly, I would need to put a copy of 
retroarch emulators in a designated folder in the /wiiflow directory, there 
isn't any option to change set a custom path and ask wiiflow to use that 
intead. I would love to Load emuflow, select a game and then have wiiflow pass 
the rom to the ra I have installed elsewhere?

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
I think this would be a great add to wiiflow.
To be able to run/update ra and other arg support emu's independent of wiiflow 
and at the same time send games to them to load.
