Cannot start games until SD-Card is removed #184

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attach HDD to USB0, insert the SD-Card and power on the Wii
2. Start WiiFlow (takes 25 seconds) and and then a game. It appears the WiiFlow 
logo for a short time. Then nothing happens.
3. Remove the SD-Card. The game will start now!

What is the expected output? What happend instead?
I want to start games without removing the SD-Card.

What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?
WiiFlow 4.1.2-r438, hermes-v5.1, d2x-v8final

Please provide any additional information below.
Tested with a HDD formatted as WBFS and one formatted as NTFS.

I have also tried another sd card. Same issue!

sounds like your sd card slot has a problem then, try to select ios222 for the 
game.
