Turn off box mode for source flow #209

Could a setting or off switch be added to wiiflow or ini file that switches box 
mode off for source flow only. Box mode is nice for all the plugins in which 
you can view the full covers but there is little point to box mode in source 
flow because as soon as you select a source It goes to the plugins (won't show 
the flipped box).

Also would it be possible to enable fanart and trailers for source flow so that 
fanart and/or trailer is displayed when a source has focus? E.g source flow 
focus is on Super Nintendo so snes fanart shows with snes trailer playing in 
center of screen.  A bit like the hyperspin main menu.
