Assignment window does not update when you switch to free mode and back #12

When you switch to free mode and back, the track numbers are not the same, right now you first have to manipulate the banks before it shows up correctly.

Switching modes should update the assignment window.

Did a quick fix now, but it would be better if the entire code for initialising the tracks and updating the extenders was separated.
