Error when adding new site #16

When I try to add a site I get "Error creating the Web Proxy specified in the 'system.net/defaultProxy. configuration section."

[BdeJager@8-1-2015] Please check the SPCB2013.exe.Config file for incorrect values. If this does not work, remove the SPCB2013.exe.Config file and restart the SPCB tool.
