Login to SharePoint Online failed #30

After Installation of SP Client Browser I tried to add my SharePoint Online Website. But it failed with the message:

For security reasons DTD is prohibited in this XML document. To enable DTD processing set the DtdProcessing property on XmlReaderSettings to Parse and pass the settings into XmlReader.Create method.

What's wrong? What can I do?

[Rolf3006@13-7-2015] I've found the solution. Changing the DNS-Server property for my network adapter (for example to 8.8.8.8) fixed it.
