The SharePoint Client Browser (SPCB) uses the CSOM to connect to a remote SharePoint site collection and shows the site structure with related properties and values.
When adding a new site collection there is no validation of the site URL. All valid URL formats are accepted, resulting in trying to add site collections based on invalid URL.
