Scrollbar not picking up theme primary-color since 3.2.0 #17

Since the 3.2.0 update, the scrollbar is being rendered in dark grey, and is no longer picking up the theme's primary color. This makes the scrollbar invisible in dark themes.

Reverting to 3.1.0 fixes the issue.

Tested in latest Firefox, Chrome and Fully Kiosk browsers.
