Custom element doesn't exist: swip-card. #62

Hey hey

Since I have updated to the latest version of HACS (Version 1.28.4) or to the latest version of swipe-card (v5.0.0) I get an error on my dashboard. Unfortunately I have updated both system in same time. But I think, that is not the issue right here.
