Integrate with the homepage when providing an anonymous page #23

In case Whether the plugin should provide an anonymous page is turned on, please provide that anonymous page as in integration it in the homepage. Otherwise one has to send themselves a mail just to get the link, then edit index.php manually. Be sure not to use a specific uid, of course.

This would be a change to core phplist not to the plugin. You would need to raise an issue or pull request to allow plugins to add items to the home page. Currently that is not possible.

The way that I expect this to be used for a subscriber is to include a link in each campaign using the [ARCHIVE] placeholder. For the anonymous use, I thought that the URL for the anonymous archive would be included somewhere outside of phplist, say the home page of your own web site.

Done, please keep this open in hopes they'll add the hook.
