Clarify what Obsidian is, add link to webpage #2

Several commenters on HN in the thread about this repo highlighted that they didn't understand wha the repo is about, and what Obsidian is. This PR adds a short clarification (based on how Obsidian is described on its webpage), and adds a link to the Obsidian webpage.
