Add color_temp lut for Xiaomi Mi Bedside Lamp 2 [MJCTD02YL] #2196

Xiaomi Mi Bedside Lamp 2 [MJCTD02YL]

Device supports mode color_temp but is missing lut for it. Created a new measurement for this mode. I didn't update the lut for hs mode. It was measured with a different device, but the Lamp has a consumption of about around 1-3 watts, so differences in precision aren't that big anyway.
