In succession to #20, reinstate the ffmpeg options

Perhaps by using a 3rd party tap?

brew tap homebrew-ffmpeg/ffmpeg
brew install homebrew-ffmpeg/ffmpeg/ffmpeg --with-libass --with-libvorbis --with-libvpx --with-x265 --with-ffplay
