Added ability to pass avoidTolls to the plugin

• adds a new prop to the component will update of avoidTolls
• if set to true the url will then include "&avoid=tolls"
• if route contains tolls and user specifies to avoid the plugin will provide a new route with no tolls

I see some issues off the bat here:

• A package-lock.json was committed
• Checking yarn.lock I see that many packages have been updated
• The indentation of the file changed from tabs to spaces

Please correct these errors. Once corrected I'll be one step closer to merging.
