Add MSL pipe implementation to compare the AIT and ULg case studies in terms of solution, numerics and CPU time.

I added a structure using MSL pipes with the (I believe) correct parameters, but the results are not correct yet.

Corrected the results today; the outlet temperatures in the MSL implementation are very similar to those with the annex 60 model. However, the MSL implementation is lots slower (if all pipes are initiated with 10 discretization volumes, a factor 10-12, if I take one node per meter of pipe even ~50) and seems to dampen the peaks.
