I think PDETime_massFlow have nothing to do with PDE anymore, nor does the addition of _massFlow mean anything. I would just go for a more descriptive name such as TimeDelay. I will also rename the model with two outputs in #50 separately.
Furthermore, I would propose to move the calculation of the velocity based on mass flow to the pipe level that I once added there; it would be more logical since then we don't have to propagate diameter, length and density anymore.
