Improve representation of pipe wall capacity #59

I have revisited the definition of the PipeAdiabaticPlugFlow regarding the pipe wall capacity. I have removed the pipVol parameter and removed one of the two mixing volumes. Although it makes a difference for flow reversal where the mixing volume is located, I believe it is best to put it on one side only due to the reduced number of equations. Furthermore, connecting multiple pipes together will solve part of this problem.

The results look quite good using the actual value of the pipe wall thickness to calculate the pipe wall capacity. There is still some discrepancy, but this could also be explained by an inaccuracy in the mass flow value (you can test it by reducing this by 5%, and see that the curves fit well together at that point).
