This issue introduces a possibility to initialize the time delay tracker for experiments with a well-known (and possibly constant) mass flow rate, such as is the case in the ULg validations.
Instead of building up from 0s to the final delay value, the time spatialDistribution() is initialized such that the delay constant remains constant.
