Request fails when rdb needs to download movie #31

When a move is not cached on real-debris's servers and it needs to be cached, the task for handling the movie request fails as the rdb API switches to the status that it is archiving the file and then uploading the file.

Issue seems to have vanished. Will re-open and re-address if the issue appears again.
