Moodle 4.0 Support? #41

Does this plugin have support for Moodle 4.0?

I have given a pull request #39 but it hasn't been accepted yet. It isn't 4.x release ready, but was intended to just do the bare minimum to remove most of the errors. However I just noticed that the version.php got updated in the Moodle plugins database. No other changes except a new version number and release string of '4.x'

I created a plugin called format_btns, with the ultimate idea of ​​it doing a function similar to format__buttons. This plugin was uploaded to the Moodle plugin repositories and is under review for approval.
