Updated nearly all the npm dependencies, and removed a few superfluous ones.
Updated Electron from 8.2.4 to 22.3.27
Updated some CSS to make buttons more responsive
Changed to using electron-builder instead of electron-packager, with proper icons and metadata as a result
Rebranded as Relay IRC (kept icon)
Made irc.libera.chat the default server
App remembers window location and size
Added logging with electron-log
Added menus with similar items from my other project, Quark Player
