Analytic scores are available for ctsemOMX models with free T0MEANs and T0VAR parameters.
Added a new option to estimate CTSEM trees without calculating standard errors. This option significantly decreases the runtime.
Fixed some bugs related to the partitioning of ctsemOMX models.
There were quite a lot of conflicts to resolve. In the end, I opted to use a fresh fork with a second account. Rcmdchecks showed no errors, warnings, or notes related to my changes. I hope that everything works fine.
