Tests should use GBS paragraphs #1

We need unit tests for the paragraph breaking algorithm. The sample paragraphs should all be pulled from George Bernard Shaw's article "On Modern Typesetting" originally published in the Dolphin, but reprinted as a separate booklet that can be found here:
