Plot without spawning house. #1

Is it possible to make a plot that no one can break blocks within until someone buys the house?

This would allow for pre-built houses that don't get altered until a player buys them.

Currently there is no easy way to add something like that to the mod. But if i ever get the time i would like to add a protection system and this could be a part of that system. But no promises.
