Overview

Completed implementing basic comment functionality for the comment tab.

User Stories

As a user, I want to see comments made on my profile.
As a user, I want to leave a comment on a user's profile.
As a developer, I want to provide a basic comment functionality for users.

Features

Scrollbar hide library for tailwind.
SWR for client-side fetching (not used)
Modal for form (POST request)
Fetch data via server component.

Changes

Readjusted design layout to fit content for consistency.
Included params for each function definition to take and pass props between components from the Profile page.
Defined fetch comment within the Profile page.
Opt out of the traditional API route handler for server actions (POST request).
