User Story: Moodboard Tab #16

Description

As a user, I want to see the profile page of other users, so that I can see their mood boards
As a developer, I want to give users the basic functionality to add mood boards, so that other users viewing their profile can see their mood boards

Acceptance Criteria

Add a mood board
Let users view another user's mood board
A user viewing another user's mood board tab should not be able to add mood boards

Tasks

Fetch data via server components to the comment client component and display all the mood boards
Update the schema and table related to Moodboard
Create POST with server actions which will allow a user to create a mood board
