User Story: Extend Reputation Tab #36

Description

As a user, I want to see my reputation rating.
As a user, I want to leave a rep on a profile and explain my reason why I rated them with Logs.
As a developer, I want to limit users to only leaving one rep per profile page.
As a developer, I want reps to change the like dynamically and dislikes counter on the profile card.
As a user, I want a clean UI layout when filling out a rep form.

Acceptance Criteria

Can see what reputations are made & can create a rep.
Reputation updates after posting.
Clean and minimalistic layout; matches the current theme.
New tables to support Rep & Logs.
Dynamic input for keywords since it is a list within the form.

Tasks

Build out GET & POST requests for rep.
Implement reputation rating based on the database.
When clicking the logs button, it should display information for that specific rep.
Limit rep to 1 per profile page by a user.
Clicking on the avatar should redirect to the commentator's profile.
